Timelapse footage of winds blowing through a large stationary lenticular cloud. The cloud does not move with the wind as it is produced on the crest of a standing wave, formed as air is raised as it passes over a mountain. At the top of the wave it is so cold that moisture condenses into cloud, leaving the air dry and clear downwind of it. Filmed in the USA in the afternoon in autumn.
