Transpiration is the loss of water from a plant磗 surface, generally from the leaves through pores called stomata. Here a plastic bag has been wrapped tightly around the leaves of a shrub Viburnum sp. This is to show the water lost from the leaves as it condenses back into water droplets and collects on the inside surface of the bag.
