X-ray of a 60 old male with rectovesical fistula causing difficulty passing urine. Restovesical fistula is a condition characterised by an abnormal connection between the rectum and the bladder. It causes urine and faeces to mix and empty out of the urethra. A barium enema contrast study reveals contrasts in the rectum and bladder.
