Ahmed III (Ottoman Turkish: 塈堶?堹 堳塈?堳 A廎叮ed-i s?lis, December 30/31, 1673 ??July 1, 1736) was Sultan of the Ottoman Empire and a son of Sultan Mehmed IV (1648??7). His mother was M璽h-P璽re Ummatullah (Emetullah) R璽bi'a G羹l-N羶? Valide Sultan, originally named Evmania Voria, who was an ethnic Greek.

Ahmed III was born at Hajioglupazari, in Dobruja. He succeeded to the throne in 1703 on the abdication of his brother Mustafa II (1695??703). Nev?ehirli Damat 襤brahim Pasha and his daughter, Princess Hatice (wife of the former) directed the government from 1718 to 1730, a period referred to as the 'Tulip Era'.
