The Farnborough Cup, run for at the Aldershott Camp Races on Monday, 1861. The Farnborough Cup...is of a tazza form, chased in relief. The cover, which removes to form a centre for flowers or fruit, is surmounted by a finely-modelled figure of a racehorse. This elegant piece of plate was manufactured by Mr. Hancock, of Bruton-street. From "Illustrated London News", 1861.
