Five minutes later Flo (left) is busy with shovel and scales, weighing out the quarter0hundred allowed each customer. Since before Christmas, Flo and Eileen have been voluntarily serving the queue who collect emergency rations from Flo's husband's coal yard. Flo reckons to have doled out about fifty tons.
