Below the left knee is the Garter with the inscription, Honi-soit-qui-mal-y-pense in choice diamonds, which formerly belonged to the late Duke of Cambridge and bequeathed by him to Prince Edward. The Tudor hat contains the plumes of the Prince of Wales. Date: 1911
