Spain; city of M醠aga: memorial plaque (coloured ceramic tiles) for former Caf?Cantante de Chinitas and poet Federico Garcia Lorca (1898 - 1936) at original place of the Caf? Caf?Chinitas existed in M醠aga from 1857 to 1937. it was a famous "Caf?Cantante"; which literally is a caf?for singing; dancing Flamenco; literature and theatre. The Caf?Chinitas in todays Pasaje Chinitas was frequented by illustrous guests like Federico Garc韆 Lorca; La Argentinita; Salvador Dal? or Pablo Picasso. In 1931; Federico Garcia Lorca made the caf?famous with his composition of the poem "Caf?de Chinitas" referring also to the death of famous matador (torero) Paquiro; on 4th of April 1851. The poem reads (also mentioned on ceramic tiles):En el Caf?de Chinitasdijo Paquiro a su hermano:"Soy m醩 valiente que t?m醩 torero y m醩 gitano".
