Shanghai; Hongkou District; Liyang Road Villas: house number at a Liyang Road Villa; built 1914; Liyang Road Villas; garden villas along both sides of Liyang Road; were built 1914 and are part of the Model Area. Model Area is a memorial place for revolutionary culture of 1920s to 1940s; writers; unionists; workers; soldiers and politicians; and heroes of the Communist Party of China. Model Area was restored; in 2004.
