Deverberie counts among the leading Parisian clockmakers at the turn of the 18th to 19th
century. In his workshop he did not limit himself to the production of the clock
movements; instead also designing many clock models. Many design drawings preserved in the
Cabinet des Estampes der Biblioth鑡ue Nationale in Paris exist to evidence this.
Pendulum clocks by Deverberie are located among others in the Mus閑 des Arts Decoratifs in
Paris and in the Palazzo Pitti in Florence.
