Rumania's Chief Oil Port -- A view of some of the many oil storing tanks near Constanza Harbour, the Rumanian port situated on the Dubrudja coast of the Black Sea, east of Bucharest. The oil is brought by pipe lines direct from the great Rumanian oil wells from the country's extensive oilfields, which are among the richest in the world. The port and harbour are extensive, import and export trade being considerable, sa Constanza is Rumania's chief seaward outlet. December 31, 1948.
