Soviet Army Parades on Anniversary of Revolution -- Infantrymen marching across Red square in the Parade. A great parade of the Soviet Union's military strength passed Joseph Stalin, Molotov and other Soviet leaders on Red Square, Moscow, in honour of the 22nd anniversary of the October revolution. The Parade lasted two hours and among whose who watched it were Litvinov, apparently returned to favour, and finish delegates taking part in the talks with the Soviet. November 17, 1939.
