Tobacco box with scenes from the life of Christ; A copper box in red; with two copper bars at the top and bottom; covering a religious scene. One has an engraved representation of a colombine. The other is unprocessed. The sliders at the bottom of the box are made of yellow copper with similar representations of a dancing man (Comedia dell 'Arte). The religious representations on carved; engraved; silver-plated copper plates are: the worship of the kings; the worship of the shepherds (top of the lid); the proclamation and the visitation (inside of the lid); the flight to Egypt and the baptism in the Jordan (bottom of the box) ). The object is further decorated with engraved branch ornament.
