Strip of bobbin lace with mirrored s-motif; Strip of natural-colored bobbin lace; Eastern European side. The pattern consists of a ribbon that is laid in the shape of two connected mirrored ss; standing and elongated and a round cut-out in each bend. At the center of the motif is a stylized flower with six petals. The strip shows two of these s motifs next to each other; which are inverted relative to each other. Other shapes have been made on either side of this pattern with such a curved ribbon; but these are partly cut off and no longer complete. The ribbons are made in linen; as is the straight band that runs along the top of the strip. The leaves in the center of the S-shaped motifs are made in shape. The motifs are connected by a braid ground.
