Fragments of a loading stick of a musket from the wreck of the East Indies sailor 't Vliegend Hart; who died in 1735. The two wood fragments were once part of a loading stick of a musket. The colors are gray / black / brown and it is probably coniferous wood. One of the fragments has a slight angle due to secondary distortion and is split on one side. Shivers can be seen on the surface. Both fragments were originally in a concretion together with the remains of a musket; the Dutch East India Company; 't Vliegend Hart (ship); c. 1700 - c. 1735; softwood; metal; h 2.9 cm x w 1.8 cm x d 0.9 cm x h 4.9 cm x w 1.6 cm x d 0.8 cm
