A rectangular paper is attached to the front by means of wax stamps on the corners. The seal on the upper left shows the crowned national coat of arms above which 'CITADEL VAN ANTWERPEN'. Inscription: That the piece of wood to which this paper is annexed with four cachets comes from the cannoneer boat Nr. 2 with which the lieutenant ter Zee J.C.J. van Speijk etc .....; Jan Carel Josephus van Speijk; jonkheer H.
