Baktapur, Nepal - October 1984 A timeless scene in the medieval city of Baktapur, in the Kathmandu Valley, which had scarcely changed for a thousand years. Shot 33 years ago, this image is subject to analog photographic quality limitations of its time. However, these images have - I believe - historic and cultural value due to their age, the relatively untouched nature of Nepal at the time, and the subsequent wholesale destruction of many of the spots visited by the October 2015 earhtquake.
