Westminster Cathedral is the head church of the Roman Catholic Church in England and Wales. It is the largest Catholic church in the UK and the seat of the Archbishop of Westminster. Located in the busy Victoria Street, it is constructed in a rather unusual neo Byzantine style. Viewed from a shopping mall opposite, it poses some interesting contrasts. Religion and consumerism, perhaps - the old and new gods?
