Sir Winston Accepts Another Birthday Picture: The Prime Minister, Sir Winston Churchill, is given an ovation as he rises to thank members of the Parliamentary Press Gallery for the picture they have just presented to him at the Savoy Hote, London, Today. The picture, a present for his 80th Birthday, shows the government benches as seen from the press gallery in the house of commons. The Prime Minister is at the dispatch box. The picture is the work of Mr. Edward Ardizzone and was officially presented to the Prime Minister by Mr. A. J. Juster, Secretary to the Parliamentary Press Gallery. February 28, 1955.
