Sir Winston Churchill arrives to address a rally of Young conservatives at the Sir James Hawkey Hall in his own Woodford (Essex) constituency to-night(Monday). Sir Winston, who celebrated his 81st birthday last week, was making his first big speech since the holiday which followed his retirement as Prime Minister. Commenting on the visit to India and Burma of Marshal Bul anin and Mr. Khrusachev, he said: "It has certainly been a surprising spectacle, and one which her Majesty's Government will no doubt study carefully before they allow it, with suitable variants, to be repeated here".
