Caltech Has Exhibit -- Dr. John Anderson, executive officer of Mt. Palomar Observatory, with a working model of the 200" reflecting telescope. This is the first time that this model has been photographed for newspaper publication. The 200" instrument has a mirror four times the area of any now in existence. The little model pictured is 1/10 scale. The model is actually operatable in the same manner as the big instrument will be. The control on the model is operated by hand. In 1911, California I
