Mrs. D.R. Hall, formerly Miss Frances Perkins, whose marriage took place in London on March 22nd to The Hon. David R.Hall, former Attorney-General of New South Wales, and former Minister of Justice of Sydney, N.S.W. and of Portland Place, London. Mrs. Hall comes from Dunedin, New Zealand, and has lived in Malaya, and Ceylon.
