The doctors said it might be all right for Marie, crippled from the waist down, to marry and start a family. But that was enough for Marie, 20, and her fiance, Bill Dewar, 25, and they were married last June. And yesterday Marie - who gets about in a wheel chair or by dragging herself along on the floor-looked with joy on the pink face of her first baby, Marie (61/2 lb.).
