There was a card tacked on the door of the old \'toffee shop\' (on R with wheel in window to block entrance) Cain\'s in my boyhood, on which was written \'To obtain entrance, don\'t use the window, ask for key, first door across the lane.\' There was perhaps a reaping machine inside, but nothing otherwise worth lifting.
