The ornamental border includes a vignette, cherubs playing instruments (harp, cymbals, trumpet, flute), vinery, and floral details. Vignette shows a woman at a piano and a boy playing the flute at a recital in front of a small audience. Fiot began to publish music in 1835 with partner Leopold Meignan.
