Emperor Kh?i ??nh (8 October 1885  6 November 1925) was the 12th Emperor of the Nguy?n Dynasty in Vietnam. His name at birth was Prince Nguy?n Ph?c B?u ??o. He was the son of Emperor ??ng Kh?nh, but he did not succeed him immediately. He reigned only nine years: 1916 - 1925. Hue was the imperial capital of the Nguyen Dynasty between 1802 and 1945. The tombs of several emperors lie in and around the city and along the Perfume River. Hue is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
