This disease refers to a single genital wart and is the most common sexually transmitted disease caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV) type 6 and 11. Most often they are associated with sexually active women, where they can be found on the vulva, anus, perineum and uterine cervix. The illness is highly contagious, transmitting up to 60% of partners.
