Louis d'Or au soleil, en sanguine engraving 1705, Louis XIV sitting next to a table, head resting on his left elbow which rests on his left knee, he is asleep, though his right hand rests on money bags lying on the table with some loose coins. He wears a Louis d'Or medal and a large, plumed hat. A battle scene is depicted on the fabric that hangs from the table, possibly the battle of Blenheim. The sun shines through a window behind him, as well as on a man swimming on a river in the background. There is a large chest on the floor in the lower right.
