The towers are of admirable proportions, that known as the Eagle Tower being the finest and strongest, and having three turrets above its roof, as seen in the view. From the summit of this tower we get a splendid prospect of surrounding scenery, and also a bird's-eye view of the Castle itself, and a notion of its stability, vastness, and venerability.
