Dr Benito Feliciano de Miguel (1882-1966), doctor and conservative politician, with others in Argentina, South America. At the time he was Mayor of Junin, in Buenos Aires province, a post which he held several times during his career. He also served as a senator and as a national deputy. This photograph was taken on the occasion of an open-air dinner in his honour in the Prado Espanol, attended by 1800 diners, to celebrate his 25th anniversary in public life, on 6 July 1930.
