The Dancing Mistress by James T. Tanner, with music by Lionel Monckton. The woman is recognisable as Gertie Millar (21 February 1879 ? 25 April 1952) as shown in a photo in ?The Play Pictorial?, Vol. XXI, No. 125, p. 43. She played the eponymous dance teacher at a ladies? finishing school. With her is Joseph Coyne (27 March 1867 ? 17 February 1941) who played an aviator. George Dance?s Co. touring to the New Grand Theatre in Southampton on 30th March 1914.
