Henry Addington (Prime Minister 1801-4) sits down to tea with King George III. Prime Minister William Pitt looks enviously through the window. Addington was favoured by the King, who wished to make him an earl after his time in office. Addington refused, but later joined Pitt's ministry as Viscount Sidmouth. Williams' print makes references to his new title: 'Side-mouth' and 'Side Board'
