A young chap waits (impatiently) behind some rocks in order to reclaim his clothes and his girl, both momentarily discarded prior to a bathe in the sea. The quotation is from Anthony and Cleopatra (Act 3, scene 13), where Anthony enters Cleopatra's chamber to find the servant Thidias kissing her hand having delivered a message. Anthony flies into a rage and has the servant whipped. One wonders what fate is to befall the smart chap taking advantage of the chance to chat to his 'Cleopatra' !
