Discovered in 1614 Boston harbour played an important role in American history. By 1660 almost all imports came through this greater boston area. Such was the influx of people to the area Boston established itself as a booming city requiring the creation of the first ever steam powered sewage system. Boston Harbour is home to the famous Cunard Wharf.
