Red-collared Lorikeet - Wild bird at a Pine Creek motel attracted to food. (Trichoglossus rubritorquis). Northern Territory, Australia. (May be conspecific with Rainbow Lorikeet. If so Trichoglossus haematodus rubritorquatus.)Found only in northern Australia. Noisy flocks inhabit most types of woodland as well as gardens and into coastal mangroves.
