Grey Reef Shark - This is one of two actual shots of a diver being attacked by a shark. (Carcharhinus amblyrhynchos). Tumotos, French Polynesia. The diver was carrying a piece of fish in his jacket and the shark decided to get it.The diver, experenced in working with sharks, did not panic but grabbed the shark so it could not move and wrestled it to the coral where it eventually released its hold.
