Cambodia - Library with elaborated trilobate pediment in the first enclosure at the temple of Banteay Srei which is known for the exquisite exuberance of its sandstone carvings. Banteay Srei is located about 25km northeast of the main group of temples in Angkor. The temple complexes of Angkor ('city') were the heart of the Khmer empire which flourished from the 9th to the 13th century and today are a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
