WITH OUR KING AND QUEEN THROUGH INDIA The royal couple visited Bombay on 2nd - 4th December 1911 and a number of official engagements were fulfilled before the spectacle of the Durbar on 12th December 1911 when they viewed 50,00 troops. More ceremonies followed and the film ends with their departure from Calcutta on 8th January 1912. The Scala Theatre, Charlotte Street, London was the London showplace for the Kinemacolor system which had a number of engagements there.
