Totality ends for the American Eclipse of August 21, 2017 as sunlight streams through a valley on the limb of the moon forming the first Baily's Bead at third contact. Delicate streamers can be seen in the Sun's outer corona as well as the star Regulus (Alpha Leonia) at upper left. Faint Earthshine illuminates the Moon.
