Lead (II) sulfate precipitate. Lead (II) nitrate is added to a test tube containing zinc sulfate. Both solutions are 0.5 M concentration. Lead (II) sulfate precipitate is formed as a result: Pb(NO3)2 + ZnSO4 -> PbSO4 + Zn(NO3)2. This is an example of a double displacement reaction.
