A molecular model of cholorquine, a drug commonly used to treat or prevent malaria. However, the widespread use of this drug has led to the development of a cholorquine resistant malaria parasite. Though it is still used for malaria treatment and prevention, new studies have arisen to investigate further uses in anti-viral or autoimmune diseases.
