The guest house (top) at Fallingwater, seen from the penthouse balcony. Fallingwater was designed by American architect Frank Lloyd Wright in 1934. Located in rural Pennsylvania, the house was built partly over a waterfall. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1966, and the American Institute of Architects named it the "best all-time work of American architecture" in 1991.
