A huge sulfur mud bubbling volcanic lake, known locally as, Laghetti de Fanghi, inhabits Vulcano Volcano in the Aeolian Island Chain of Italy, off the coast of Sicily. Tourists visit to bath in the supposedly therapeutic smelly hot mud.
