According to local custom; the feast of Neghesti Negus Menelik II (nee Sahle Mariam; August 17; 1844 - DECEMBER 12 1913) is held in a large hall richly decorated; the guests sit on the floor on soft pillows between baskets of food; attendants distribute huge servings of meat from which the guests cut the tiles with your own knife; washed down with the excellent Moet et Chandon.
