The ruler of Dubai , Sheikh Rashid II bin Saeed Al Maktoum is greeted oin his arrival at Lancaster House in London by British Foreign Secretary Michael Stewart and his wife. The ruler , currently the guest of the British Government , was the guest of honour at a dinner party given by Mr Stewart . Sheikh Rashid is ona five-day official visit during which he is having talks with British Premier Harold Wilson and the Foreign Secretary . 22 July 1969
