President attacks Spain as tension mounts. Bata, Equatorial Guinea : Forty-five year old President Macais raises his fist as he delivers an anti-Spanish speech at the stadium here on 11th March , as tension rises in this former Spanish colony. The President's attack on Spain follows and abortive coup d'etat against him recently. Macais became President of the Republic last October 12th when the one-time Spanish colony gained independence. 13 March 1969
