Mr Foster Dulles, American Secretary of State and Mr Harold Stassen, Eisenhower's Foregin Aid Cheif, are in this country whilst on a fact finding tour of Europe. Today they went to No10 Downing Street where they had lunch and afterwards a conference with Mr Winston Churchill and Mr Anthony Eden, the foegin Secretary. Tomorrow the American pari leave Bon, Western Germany. After the conference had finished the hosts accompanied their guests to the door and continued the discussion on the doorstwp.
