Mr Hugh Griffiths, the film and stage actor, who is at present playing the part of the Bishop of Salisbury, in 'The First Gentleman', in production at Walton on Thames, was married to casting director Miss Gunde von Dechen. During the war. Mr Griffiths served in Burma as a captain in the Royal Welch Fusiliers. His bride, Australian-born was formerly an officer in the WAAF.
