Show boats. More than 1000 models occupying 160 stands, extending over a length of about half a mile will be seen at the British Shipbuilding and Shipping Exhibition, to be opened tomorrow (Tuesday) at the Royal Horticultural Society Hauls, Westminster. The exhibition, organised under the auspices of the'Worshipful Company of Shipwrights', of which his Majesty the King is permanent master, will be representative of 95% of the shipbuilding establishments, and many shipping companies, throughout the country. Photo shows, chargehand joiner W T Matthews, of Gosport, checks over a 1;60 scale model of the luxury yacht 'Creele', a vessel of 699 t displacement, of which only three were built.
