Invasion romance. A wartime romance of the Normandy Beaches had its sequel at the Marylebon Town Hall (London) today (Monday) . When Dick Emery, ex RAF, and Irene Ansell, WAAF, were married. Dick went to France, one of Ralph Reader's Gang Shows, and landed on Normandy Beaches on D-Day +10. Irene, who is now with the WAAF Gang show, landed on D-Day +12. They became acquainted, engaged and went off to their respective units. Dick is now with the commercial review 'Gang Show' and the professional engagements of bride and groom prelclude honeymoon for the present.
